Brand Ambassador/Sales Representative

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Brand Ambassador & Sales Representative to join our small business team. As a Brand Ambassador, you will play a crucial role in representing our brand and promoting our products during various events and markets. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential customers, build relationships, and drive sales to achieve business growth and increase brand visibility.

Responsibilities:

  1. Product Sales:
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our products and their benefits to effectively sell them to potential customers.
  • Approach customers with a friendly and approachable demeanor to initiate product discussions and sales.
  • Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and tailor product recommendations accordingly.
  • Utilize persuasive selling techniques to encourage customer interest and drive conversions.
  • Close sales and process transactions accurately, ensuring customer satisfaction and a positive buying experience.
  1. Market Sales:
  • Present a professional and welcoming presence at the market to attract customers and generate foot traffic to the booth.
  • Plan and organize the setup and dismantling of the booth at markets and events.
  • Engage with market attendees, initiating conversations about our products and services.
  • Provide on-site demonstrations of products to pique interest and encourage purchases.
  • Manage inventory levels during the market to ensure products are adequately stocked throughout the event.
  • Distribute promotional materials, such as brochures, samples, and discount coupons, to increase brand awareness and attract new customers.
  • Capture customer data for follow-up purposes and to build a loyal customer base.
  1. Customer Relations:
  • Foster positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and word-of-mouth referrals.
  • Listen to customer feedback and relay valuable insights to the management team to improve products and services.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or promotional roles.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with diverse customer groups effectively.

- Enthusiasm for the products and brand you are representing.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks at once.

- Flexibility to work weekends and extended hours during events and markets.

- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing is a plus.
